At Akt Archives, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 14-day free return period starting from the day you receive your package.
To return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns are sent at the buyer’s expense, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We cannot accept returns if:
- The 14-day return period has expired.
- Items are not securely packaged.
- Items have been exposed to odors, such as smoke.
- Items are no longer in their original condition.

Note: Items purchased in our physical store are not eligible for return.
To help protect the environment, we ship all our products in recycled packaging. This means that bags and boxes may have been used before, but they are always functional and provide the same protection as new packaging.
All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–3 business days after dispatch, ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery experience.
